Blend: 100% Chardonnay

A brilliant gold colour. The nose opens with hints of smoke, citrus fruit, white-fleshed fruit, floral notes, fennel, stone and fresh butter. The palate is firm and mineral, with a lovely freshness of salt and chalk and a subtly smoky, buttery finish.
