Blend: 60% Xarello, 30% Macabeo, 10% Parellada – Methode Traditionelle. Aged for 15 months on its lees.
A clear colour with golden yellow tones. Aromas typical of the time spent ageing with the lees in the cellar. Almond and other nutty flavours are noticeable, together with exotic fruits. A very fine cava with a carbon dioxide release that is extremely pleasant on the palate. Glides smoothly through the mouth. It has body without any rough edges and is highly harmonious. Has just the right acidity to give it freshness.
