A bright yellow colour with golden tints. An aromatic, floral and fruity bouquet. Characteristic hints of orange blossom, citrus and apricot can be recognised. A velvety taste with an excellent balance between acidity and sweetness characteristic of the grape variety and a fine and persistent perlage.
