100% Loin de l’Oeil
Loin de L’Oeil takes its name from the Occitan “Len de l’El”. The ancients called it this because the bunch of grapes has a very long stalk which makes the grapes appear to be “far from the eye”. This very old grape variety is found exclusively in Gaillac. It produces a wine with very fine floral aromas. It brings freshness and suppleness and goes well summer salads, poultry and sea bass.
